Are you beginning to see why it s so hard to start a fat loss diet? The world around you makes it hard to lose weight.

I want you to picture your drive home from work.

You clearly know what the drive thru is for.

to make it easy for you to get their food.

Instead of eating breakfast, you drink a shake.

Believe it or not, I had not yet hit rock bottom.

You feel tired, and without you knowing it, your body releases hormones that make you hungry.

You call the local pizza delivery.

And this desire is where the diet establishment really sinks their claws into you.

The diet itself is clearly not sustainable.

Again, after walking up the stairs, my heart pounded.

And if you do find a healthy meal, like some of the meals at Subway, you have to stop your car and get out.

You have to wonder if this stuff is even legal.

No weight loss.

I lost weight fast at the outset, but that weight loss slowed until one day it completely stopped.

That didn't happen until I lost weight.

It is another sneaky tactic to trick you into buying their fatty food.

They too are part of the conspiracy to keep you fat .

Now let all of this sink in for a moment.

See yourself each morning.

See yourself driving past fast food restaurants on your drive.

If you're like everyone else, you want things that are simple , and you want things that do not take a lot of work.

And then, after you torture yourself all week, you step on the scale, and the scale doesn t move.

I did lose 64 pounds over 4 months .

Now imagine you passed up the many options for fast food on your way home.

The ease of the shakes, the meal in a can, made them a good fit for the gotta have it now lifestyle of the world surrounding us.

Each one has a drive thru window.

You don't even need to leave your car to get a meal.

The first time I lost weight, I used a popular diet where you drink 2 weight loss shakes in place of 2 meals.

You sink into your couch and slip off your shoes.

I felt the....

And not to mention some of the questionable ways they target kids.

For some reason, they make it just a little harder for you to get a healthy meal .

As far as you are concerned you end up feeling that it was you that failed, not the diet.

Can you see how, even if you do get home, they have their hooks in you.

After a few weeks of that war with the scale and my hunger, I gave in and called the pizza place, and ate like crazy.

They pump it into the air to force you to crave their unhealthy food.

And they certainly don't deliver.

They are the ones that should help you, but.

Rather than eating dinner, you drink a shake.

Turn right to get in, and turn right to get out.

They want you to want their food, and they make it easy for you to get it.

I was in a familiar position.

Once again, I found my self thinking, I felt like a complete failure.
